Paul has made the transition to this position from our Customer Support Department where he has led the CR2 Team globally for just over the past 10 years. He has enjoyed great success while he worked in this capacity.
Prior to joining CR2, Paul was with Misys where he held various roles to include; Head of Projects - Africa, Branch Operations Manager & Project Director. Before this, he worked at System Access (part of SunGard) where he held the position of Client Services Director - Middle East & Africa. Based on his proven leadership ability, existing customer relationships, appreciation for implementation complexities and understanding of live channel banking environments, Paul is an ideal fit for this role and he looks forward to this next chapter in his CR2 career.
As Vice President of Professional Services, Paul's mandate will be to ensure successful installation of the CR2 banking software through the project implementation methodology. This will enable proactive management and reporting systems to deal with any issues or concerns whilst also capitalising on opportunities over an implementation lifecycle. The existing Professional Services Team who will operate under Paul's guidance are based out of Amman, Dubai, Johannesburg and London. Together with our qualified partners they will bring local knowledge to our projects worldwide.
