In this newly created position, Senecal will oversee CP+B's global growth and expansion, managing the coordination of the firm's eight international offices as well as further development. An industry thought leader and management specialist, Senecal has been a pioneer in embracing technology, innovation and invention on a global level. Her appointment speaks directly to continuing to fuel CP+B's worldwide momentum, which recently included winning the Infiniti global creative account.

Over the course of her career, Senecal has developed strategic partnerships, accelerated global agency growth, created cutting-edge new business divisions and led numerous blue chip, worldwide accounts including Coca-Cola, Nestle, and BMW. In her role as CEO of the MDC Partners network, a position she will retain while with CP+B, she has worked closely with the leadership of agencies that represent the greatest growth and impact within the MDC Partners family. Previously the global head of kbs+, she transformed the agency from a 250-person domestic agency to an 900+ person, highly creative, worldwide firm with innovative agency business units centered on technology, start-up investment and content creation.
Prior to kbs+, she served as President of McCann-Erickson Worldwide's flagship New York office, holding top leadership positions in the areas of strategic planning, innovation and account leadership. In 2014, Senecal was appointed to the board of MDC Partners and named a Woman to Watch by Advertising Age. She has been honored numerous times for her professional achievements, including at the AWNY Game Changer Awards with a Quantum Leap award for leadership and innovation. For the past two years, Senecal has acted as Jury Chair for the Isaac Awards, honoring invention in our industry and beyond.
