Cortland, a global financial services company, today announced that its UK entity, Cortland Capital Market Services Limited, has received authorisation from the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") to perform regulated activities vital to the company's client base of investment managers and commercial lenders. Regulated activities include loan agency, escrow services, cash management, paying agency and custody.
