Core Informatics Adds Kevin Cronin As Chief Commercial Officer

BRANFORD, Connecticut, Oct. 1, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Core Informatics, provider of the premier cloud-based scientific informatics platform, today announced that Kevin Cronin has joined the company as Chief Commercial Officer.

Mr. Cronin brings 25 years of experience leading sales and marketing teams that demonstrated outstanding growth and success serving pharmaceutical, agrochemical, consumer and chemical companies. He joined Core from Dassault Systemes BIOVIA (formerly Accelrys) where he was most recently Vice President North America Life Science and Accelrys Vice President for Global Strategic Accounts. Previously he played sales leadership roles at several rapidly growing software companies, including nine years with Symyx where he served as Senior Vice President of Sales during a period of significant growth, and NextBio where he built a global sales team.
