NEW YORK, Oct. 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Concierge Auctions is now accepting premier properties for its second auction this year. Following a campaign alongside three media powerhouses, the December 13th – 14th auction will specifically target Chinese buyers and investors.

Concierge Auctions will start the sale as a gold sponsor of The Real Deal's Real Estate Showcase in Shanghai, with more than 3,500 attendees. Additionally, the firm will partner with The Wall Street Journal and Mansion Global again to market the sale, reaching members of Hurun's 110,000 high-net-worth Chinese database and a closing event in Hong Kong.
Ideal properties for the sale are in destinations offering top schools and direct flights to China; are solid investments; and are valued in comparison to Chinese real estate. Properties that offer financial security and possible rental income; and feature Feng Shui/numerology-guided characteristics are also a plus.
