Coms is pleased to announce several strategic promotions and appointments within the group to further strengthen and enhance its brand.
Suzannah Doyle, previously Head of Networks at Coms, has been promoted within the organisation to the post of Digital Director of coms.com. Suzannah brings a host of experience to the position and will further work to develop and push the digital offering of Coms.
Gavin Harper becomes Head of Networks with the exciting challenge of building up the Coms voice, data and mobile network division and Matt Jasinski is appointed as Head of Software.
Ian Clubb moves from Redstone to take up the role of Head of Support leading the faults, engineering and provisioning teams for the direct and indirect channels
The HR division has been further strengthened with the promotion of Sharon Butler to the position of HR Director for Coms. Sharon was previously HR Manager for Redstone, which was acquired by Coms last year.
In addition, Coms has appointed Steven Shears as Head of Customer Service. In this new role Steven will deliver new training programs, enhance the customer service plan and improve all customer interactions. Steven comes from a background in delivering quality customer service and has worked for premium brands such as Harrods and Wincor Nixdorf.
