STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Dec.21, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --
In connection with the disbursement of new loans on 30 December 2016, Nordea Kredit bonds will be sold at electronic auctions at NASDAQ Copenhagen CPH Auctions.
The sale of covered mortgage bonds (SDRO) at the auctions will be conducted by Nordea Bank Danmark.

| The auction |
The auctions will be managed through Genium Inet at the market for covered mortgage bonds and mortgage bonds at NASDAQ Copenhagen CPH Auctions. |
| The Dutch (hidden call) auction principle will be applied implying that where bids exceed the cut-off price, investors will be allocated the full amount at the cut-off price. |

| Bids made at the cut-off price may be alloca-ted on a pro rata basis. There will be no allocation in respect of bids below the cut-off price. |

Final volumes will be announced in the morning on 28 December 2016. |
| Nordea Kredit is not obliged to sell the full amounts announced. |

The auctions will open at 09:00 a.m. and close at 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. with allocation of accepted bids by 10:40 a.m. and 11:40 a.m. |
