ClickSoftware Announces Global Reseller Agreement with SAP, Providing Cloud-Based Field Service Management

SAP to Resell ClickSoftware Field Service Edge as SAP Scheduling and Resource Management by ClickSoftware

As part of the agreement, SAP will resell the ClickSoftware Field Service Edge solution as the SAP® Scheduling and Resource Management application by ClickSoftware. The solution is available now and enables real-time, automated, context-based recommendations for service planning, scheduling, execution and analysis to support intelligent decision making.
