Adding World Class Safety and Emergency Lighting Solutions to the Clarience Technologies Family of Brands
SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Jan. 6, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Clarience Technologies today announced that it has acquired ECCO Safety Group (ESG), a worldwide leader in audible warning equipment and emergency lighting for commercial and emergency vehicles and home to brands like ECCO and Code 3. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
