Chubb announces Personal Risk Services management team for Europe

Launches Global Client practice and reaffirms commitment to broker distribution 

LONDON, March 21, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Chubb today announced the management team that will lead its Personal Risk Services (PRS) business serving high net worth (HNW) brokers and their clients in Europe.

This follows the recent appointment of Simon Mobey as Senior Vice President, International Personal Risk Services. In this role, Simon will continue to manage the company's European high net worth business, working closely with Jalil Rehman, Executive Vice President and Chief Business Operations Officer, Europe.

Each of the following roles will be located in London and is effective immediately, unless otherwise stated.

UK and Ireland: Tara Parchment, formerly UK and Ireland Personal Lines Manager at legacy Chubb, will continue to serve in this position, reporting to Simon and Jalil.

Continental Europe: Jo Nixon, formerly Personal Lines Continental Account Manager at legacy Chubb, will serve as Continental Europe Manager, responsible for Personal Lines performance and expansion in Continental Europe. Jo will also report to Simon and Jalil.

Global Clients: this new practice will focus on building Chubb's position in the ultra high net worth market (UHNW), by servicing the needs of North American customers with European homes, assets and other exposures and through large account underwriting in Europe.

Julie Walsh, formerly High Net Worth Underwriting Manager at legacy ACE Global Markets, will serve as Global Client Manager, with responsibility for driving forward Chubb's UHNW strategy. Julie will report to Simon.

James Lindow, formerly High Net Worth Senior Underwriter at legacy ACE Global Markets, will serve as Senior Global Client Underwriter. James will report to Jamie Keaney, International Property Manager, Personal Risk Services.

Other regional management roles

Motor: Matt Pearce, formerly Personal Lines European Motor Manager at legacy Chubb, will serve as International Motor Manager and will retain his current responsibilities as European Motor Manager.

Property: Jamie Keaney, formerly Personal Lines European Underwriting Manager at legacy Chubb, will serve as International Property Manager and will retain his current responsibilities as European Underwriting Manager.

Pricing: Rhys Evans, formerly Personal Lines European Pricing Manager at legacy Chubb, will serve as International Pricing Manager and will retain his existing responsibilities as European Pricing Manager.

Finance: Mehmet Halil, formerly UK and Ireland Finance Manager at legacy Chubb, will serve as Division Finance Officer for PRS in Europe. Mehmet will report to Simon Mobey and to Kevin Barrett, Head of Financial Planning and Analysis for Chubb in Europe.

In addition, Marcia White, European Operations Manager, Chris O'Rourke, European Signature Manager, Alan Gorman, European Property Manager and Stephen Wilkinson, European Risk Consultants Manager will continue in their current roles.
