During December, the number of shares and votes in Alligator Bioscience AB (publ) has increased due to that 700,000 warrants in the warrant program 2014/2017 issued pursuant to the resolution by the extraordinary shareholders' meeting on 5 November 2013 have been excercised for subscription of 700,000 new shares. As of January 31, 2017, the number of shares and votes in Alligator Bioscience AB amounts to 70,813,615.
