Capio's CEO Thomas Berglund to Leave his Position When Successor is in Place
GOTHENBURG, Sweden, Feb. 7, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Thomas Berglund has informed the Capio Board of Directors that he wishes to leave his position as President and CEO of Capio. Thomas has been with Capio for more than 10 years, of which the first three years as working Chairman of the Board and since 2011 in his current position.
The Board of Directors has today agreed with Thomas Berglund, notwithstanding his current employment agreement that he will continue his work with unabated power until a successor is in place. The Board of Directors has also decided to start a recruitment process supported by an external executive search company to find a new President and CEO.
