The results reflect the first full financial year of ownership since Cantor Fitzgerald acquired Dolmen Stockbrokers on 30 November 2012. Profit after tax was €8.002m and reflected a return to operating profitability and an exceptional profit arising from the demutualisation of the Irish Stock Exchange.

Total staff numbers now exceed 100 employees and the Company returned to operating profitability despite significant investment in technology and infrastructure. The business in 2014 has traded profitably year to date to October."
