Chime delivers on the unfulfilled promises of Web real-time-communication (WebRTC) by seamlessly extending today's video conferencing systems to every user on every browser. Clara Online will also market CafeX's Live Assist, a cloud- or premise-based customer engagement platform that unifies customer contact channels to ensure that agents working with customers have a 360-degree real-time view of the context of the customer's questions – regardless of how many or which channels they have used trying to find a resolution. In addition, the company will address the contact center marketplace with Supervisor Assist, (see Supervisor Assist video) a compelling agent monitoring tool that enables live coaching to be done from any location using browser-based technology. Supervisor Assist brings the one-on-one coaching to a new level whether agents are located across the room or across the world.
The companies anticipate rolling out the new products to markets throughout China immediately.
