Britain's Top Five Biscuits for Dunking at Break Time

Opinion is evenly split between Britain's second favourite biscuits, with the Hobnob and chocolate digestive each scoring 25% of votes as best biscuit to dunk in a hot drink. Nostalgic classics, the custard cream and bourbon biscuit fare disappointingly, with 9% citing the custard cream as the best biscuit to dunk and just 8% choosing the bourbon biscuit.

In order of preference, Britain's favourite biscuits for dunking are:

1) Rich tea (33%)

2) Hobnob (25%), chocolate digestive (25%)

3) Custard cream (9%)

4) Bourbon (8%)
