Bouygues Telecom, the French global electronic communications operator with more than 15 million subscribers in France, selects the latest release of Anite's Nemo CEM, an EQual One-based solution that monitors the quality of its network services.
Bouygues Telecom's teams are using customer-based monitoring to collect overall indicators on quality and performance, thanks to Anite's Nemo CEM solution, in order to maintain their 4G network referent position in France.
