Global Blockchain Technologies Corp. (OTC: BLKCF) (CSE: BLOC.CN) announced last week that it has closed the acquisition of Coinstream Mining Corp. ("Coinstream") previously announced on February 13, 2018, by way of a three-corner amalgamation.
