Bioclinica expands eHealth Solutions strategic leadership team
Herne and Audibert assume key roles steering eHealth Solutions
DOYLESTOWN, Pennsylvania, March 24, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Bioclinica®, Inc., a specialty clinical trials technology and services provider, today announced two global executive-level additions to the eHealth Solutions team. Joining the eHealth business segment leadership team are Steven Herne, chief commercial officer and Francois Audibert, vice president for global consulting.

Steven Herne will head Bioclinica eHealth Solutions global commercial endeavors across all three of Bioclinica's eHealth Solutions divisions comprising eClinical, Safety & Regulatory, and Financial Lifecycle Solutions. Herne was most recently chief commercial officer at ERT where he was an executive member of the global leadership team, responsible for creating and executing the long-term strategic growth plan across all business lines. Previously Herne was senior vice president, global business development at Icon where he was a member of the executive team tasked with directing the development and prioritization of business generated through key new strategic ventures. Herne was also with Covance as vice president, Europe and Asia Pacific business development where he played a key role in the development and implementation of the company's European Clinical Development business. Herne has a master's degree in Pharmaceutical Analysis from the University of Strathclyde and a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy Instrumentation from Glasgow Caledonian University.
Francois Audibert will lead Bioclinica's global consulting practice specializing in data sciences, safety system and process and will head the Company's life sciences big data strategy. Audibert, a 30-year industry veteran, is among the top thought leaders in life sciences technology. He brings a unique blend of technology, strategy and business expertise to Bioclinica, having worked on some of the world's largest drug safety implementations within a global regulatory and distribution environment. Audibert was most recently vice president of pharmacovigilance at HighPoint Solutions, and prior to this was safety solutions director at Oracle where he led the safety and surveillance teams into new offerings. Audibert is a graduate of Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
