This will see the leading brokerage firm relocate its UK based headquarters in 2019.
BGC Partners will bring together operations from its two current Canary Wharf locations at 1 Churchill Place and 40 Bank Street to the new site.
Designed by architects, HOK International, the landmark 12-storey office building has a BREEAM 'Excellent' rating and offers Grade A office accommodation, as well as a double height reception and flexible floorplates. Knight Frank represented BGC Partners.
