Best Chinese Car brand GAC Motor brings the Second Generation Automobiles to Dubai International Motor Show

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, Nov. 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- GAC Motor is returning to the prestigious Dubai International Motor Show on November 10 with new vehicle models as the company continues its global strategy in the Middle East market.

Models including the GS4, GS5 Super and GA6 will be exhibited in Dubai at World Trade Center Hall 705. The GS4, GS5 Super and GA6 are of GAC Motor's era 2.0 products, all independently developed by GAC Motor.

A star model to debut in the Middle East market is the GS4 that utilizes 200T 7-speed control combination and outputs 202Nm peak torque at a wide range from 1500 to 4200 RPM while its gas consumption is as good as 37 MPG (6.3L per 100km).

GS4 has been a huge success since it was released in China in April, 2015, taking the third place in last month's domestic sales ranking.

Meanwhile GAC Motor is expected to sell a total of 180,000 vehicles this year.

Wu pointed out that attending the auto show in Dubai has wide influence in the whole Middle East and North African markets as there are more prospects for the company's objective to cater the mass market's need for mid and high-end cars.

GAC Motor first launched its global market strategy in Dubai in 2014 with an initial emphasis on developing the Middle East market. Since then, the company's steady progress in raising global market shares has seen a 27 percent year on year increase in exportation in the first half of 2015.

By establishing a positive development strategy and international standard, GAC Motor has implemented the platform modularization while stepping into new stages of production. The company aims to achieve the production capacity of 350,000 in 2016.

In addition to Dubai, GAC Motor nailed the strategic cooperation with Bahrain dealer in October, 2015. The company is also promoting new programs in Central Asia, Central Europe and South America.
