Publisher Yvonne Bauer appoints Witold Wozniak (47) as member of the Bauer Media Group executive board. Mr Wozniak, who has been CEO of Bauer Media in Poland since 1999, has contributed significantly towards the company's clear market lead in this region in print, radio, online and the printing business. He will also take on responsibility for the international eastern markets, production and digital international with immediate effect. Like the executive board members Jörg Hausendorf and Andreas Schoo, Wozniak will report to Publisher Yvonne Bauer.

In addition to his responsibilities in Germany, Schoo will take over the publisher's responsibility for the USA, the United Kingdom, France and Spain. Hausendorf, in addition to his existing responsibilities, will take over the TV Guide segment and the advertisement department from Schoo.
