- CD-adapco, the creator of the computer aided engineering tool, STAR-CCM+ announced today a further expansion of its tools through the inclusion of Battery Design Studio® (BDS) in to its product line-up.
CD-adapco will assume all development responsibility for Battery Design Studio® from Battery Design LLC and this announcement builds on the existing collaboration which has seen worldwide sales of the software tool.
Robert Spotnitz, the creator of Battery Design Studio® commented, "I am delighted that CD-adapco will now develop the product. Battery Design Studio® will continue to be retailed through CD-adapco's worldwide operation and the successful collaboration with Robert Spotnitz and his company Battery Design LLC will continue to provide leading edge battery simulation methods to clients.
