Series of measures leads the way in providing

AVG Technologies, a leading provider of Internet and mobile security, today announced key measures aimed at reinforcing support levels for its UK resellers and international partners as well as attracting new ones. These initiatives follow the release of AVG's Business Edition 2012 product line as the company looks to drive home the strategic importance of the Channel to its continued success.
Launched today is the new AVG Partner Centre. Based in Newark, Notts, the centre is a business-hours service dedicated to speeding up enquiry response times, thereby freeing up AVG's national account teams to stay focused on the task of helping resellers further develop their businesses. Also based at this location is the recently opened SMB Global Support Center, providing 24 x 5 telephone, email, and remote assistance to AVG's partners, resellers and SMB customers worldwide at no additional cost.

At the same time AVG disclosed further expansion of its Partner Territory Management team. This team is responsible for working with partners to help them grow and further develop their businesses - from providing training, marketing materials, support with closing leads and so on.
