Rami Ziv, Arad's VP International Sales & Marketing, will address a session on "The Latest Innovations in Smart Water Metering," to take place on January 30 at 15:10.
The presentation will focus on showing how technological innovation improves customer satisfaction. Ziv will present how utilities can provide customers with accurate water measurement when they are moving in or out of a new house, and how to distinguish between public and private water consumption.
Arad will demonstrate new applications that allow consumers to track water consumption wherever they are. The smartphone app, available in iPhone and Android versions, offers detailed consumption graphs, real-time leak alerts and consumption forecasts.
