AP•United, the procurement organisation for the Sator companies and the British company Unipart Automotive, has appointed Anton van Gils as Managing Director with effect from 1 November 2011. In this role Van Gils will be responsible for optimising the shared procurement and logistics and setting up a communal supplier policy.
Anton van Gils
Anton van Gils (aged 42) started his career in the automotive parts sector in 1996 with Van Heck in the Netherlands. From 2006 onwards Van Gils was responsible for shaping the range at Sator as Senior Buyer. For the past year Van Gils has been working as General Manager at Hartsant Crash Repair Parts.
