ICFLIX [pronounced i-see-flix] was the proud recipient of an Editor's Choice award for Online Entertainment Platform of the Year at the third BroadcastPro Middle East Summit & Awards ceremony on the 12th of November. The awards covered a range of categories in order to acknowledge excellence throughout the industry, and a panel of judges with varying skills and backgrounds selected the winners.

ICFLIX is the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region's first subscription based streaming service and has become a global player since its launch in July of this year. It provides subscribers with an array of productions from Hollywood, Bollywood and Jazwood (Arabic content) that can be streamed from most Internet-connected devices. The service is also available outside of MENA for Bollywood and Jazwood content, which has been largely unavailable online till now.
Earlier in the summit, Carlos Tibi, CEO of ICFLIX, participated in a panel discussion on "Multi-Screen Delivery" amongst a group of executives from other companies that provide multi-screen access.
