Mobile video use continues to grow at a rapid rate, especially for mobile carriers that have to manage the bandwidth-intensive traffic.  As more consumers and businesses rely on data cards, tablets, and high-end smartphones, the ability to cost-effectively deliver high-quality mobile video services is high on the list of challenges confronting mobile carriers worldwide.
