RICHMOND, Virginia, Dec. 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Markel Global Insurance, a division of Markel Corporation (NYSE: MKL), announced today that Alan Rodrigues has joined the Excess Liability team based in New York. Reporting to John Boylan, Chief Underwriting Officer, Excess Liability, Rodrigues will serve as Managing Director and assume responsibility for developing a middle-to-upper-middle market product. The appointment was effective November 30, 2015.
