Advance Recruitment Delighted With Positive Outlook for Medical Device Sales Industry

Medical sales recruitment specialists Advance Recruitment are thrilled with the latest results from a new global medical device survey for 2012-2013 suggesting a positive outlook for the industry despite the current economic climate.

The report, which was published this month by Espicom Business Intelligence, was the result of a highly detailed analysis drawn from ICD research's panel of 174 leading global medical devices industry executives.

Overall the outlook was reported as positive for the next financial year with 61% of respondents across the medical device industry suggesting they are 'more optimistic' about revenue growth for their company over the next year compared to 2011.

The UK itself is one of the largest medical device markets in the world, valued at an estimated £5.6 billion. According to the report the UK market for medical devices is predicted to increase by 3.5% per annum and reach a value of £6.3 billion by 2016.

Medical sales and marketing recruitment specialists Advance Recruitment remain optimistic for the year ahead with the latest survey supporting their belief that there will be growth in the industry including new job opportunities within the sector.
