Serial entrepreneur and CEO, Sean Wadsworth who took the business from a start-up in 2006 to a 450 staff business which is on target to turnover £60m in 2014, firmly believes the company's success is underpinned by a strategy of structured training, uncapped commission and rewarding the best performers with management positions and global relocation opportunities.
