Venuefinder.com and Trinity Charity Triple Challenge

Over the weekend of 18th - 20th January 2013, 25 members of our venue finding partner Trinity will be on the road to undertake a site visit blitz, alongside venuefinder.com.
The triple challenge consists of:
- Developing our venue knowledge by visiting a total of 500 venues over two days
- Raising money for our chosen charities
- The opportunity for venues to showcase their properties
The plan is that everyone will visit 20 venues, which counts towards their annual target of visiting 100 new or refurbished venues every year. The following destinations will be covered: Edinburgh, Glasgow, Newcastle, Manchester, York, Sheffield, Leeds, East Midlands, Nottingham, Birmingham, London, Oxford, Heathrow, Bristol, Cardiff, Brighton, Northampton, Cambridge, Kent and Surrey.
A wide variety of hotels are involved, from large groups to independents as well as specialist meeting and unusual venues. They are supporting Trinity by showcasing their venues, hosting the agents and also providing prizes for our charity auction. Once the site visit weekend has been completed the prizes will be loaded onto an auction website to raise funds for Leicestershire & Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance, Rutland Sailability and Hospital at Home.
Trinity and venuefinder.com staff are giving up their weekend to undertake the challenge and all travel costs and expenses are being met by the companies, so that 100% of all money raised will go to the charities.
