SALE OF 1001 LISTES
The TF1 group and the Galeries Lafayette group today announced that they have
signed a contract aimed at the sale by TF1 of its entire holding in the 1001
Listes company. The project has received the approval of the employee
representative bodies.
If the conditions of the agreement are met, the sale is expected to be made in
the coming weeks.
1001 Listes, founded in 1999, is a leader in the online wedding gift list
sector. The TF1 group took over 1001 Listes in December 2006 through its
Téléshopping subsidiary and currently holds 100% of the company's capital.
