As an executive and an entrepreneur, Flowerday brings more than two decades of industry experience focusing on operations management, business development, and strategy. Previously, he spent over a decade at Bayer Healthcare and Ortho Biotech before co-founding and selling a pair of successful start-ups, which included a digital healthcare medical education company.

Flowerday's academic credentials include a B.Sc. from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Queen's School of Business.
