SAO PAULO, Nov. 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ - The economic scenario and future investment opportunities in Latin America. These will be the central themes of the first Business Dinner of LIDE Italia, an exclusive meeting to be held next Friday, November 27, at 8 PM at the PARK HYATT in Milan, attended by entrepreneurs and managers of key companies on the Italian scene doing business in the Latin American countries.
LIDE, established in Brazil in 2003, is a private organization now operating in 17 countries. Their aim is to promote and strengthen the relationships between business leaders through the creation of events and exclusive, high level encounters.
In Italy, LIDE has a decisive role in promoting business relations with Latin America, strengthening international trade and positively influencing the business environment in its territory by promoting the creation of a space for meeting and multilateral, multisectoral and multidisciplinary debate.
During the evening, important personalities will speak, among them Luiz F. This will be followed by the contributions of the former Italian ambassador to Brazil, Gherardo La Francesca, Chairman of the LIDE Italia Strategic Committee and Juan Barberis, Executive Chairman of LIDE Italia, aimed at explaining the club's activities, and also at organizing exclusive meetings in Italy with political personalities and businessmen in Latin America eager to forge relationships with the Italian entrepreneurial system.
The core activities of LIDE will be the events: reserved, high level encounters between presidents and CEOs of the organization's member companies, as well as with political leaders, journalists and opinion-makers, aimed at debating economic and business issues, with a strong focus on networking.
Established in Brazil in 2003, LIDE's business model was successful in both regional and international expansion. Today the network has about 15 locations in Brazil, whose companies represent about 51% of local GDP, and 17 international locations. Members of LIDE count 1440 business leaders in Sao Paulo, 1000 in Brazil and 440 around the world.
