Babacan Yapı Presents "Babacan Premium" for Foreign Investors at the Cityscape Global 2015 Exhibition

Babacan Yapı debuts its new project "Babacan Premium" in Dubai 

Babacan Yapı, one of Turkey's prominent real estate firms, came together with investors at the Cityscape International Real Estate Exhibition in Dubai from September 8 to 10, 2015. Babacan Yapı stood apart from the crowd at the exhibition with its new project "Babacan Premium," inviting participating investors to enjoy a high-quality life.  

Babacan Yapı presented Babacan Premium, the project it launched in Istanbul's Esenyurt district, at the Cityscape International Real Estate Exhibition, which each year draws real estate projects from all around the world. Foreign investors showed great interest in the Babacan Premium when it debuted at the Cityscape Global exhibition in Dubai between September 8 and 10 as the candidate for the best project in Esenyurt in 2016.

Babacan Yapı Chairman İbrahim Babacan commented on the Dubai Cityscape International Real Estate Exhibition: "Numerous brands from Turkey exhibited projects at the event, which featured real estate projects from around the world. Meanwhile, Babacan Yapı CEO Mehmet Babacan pointed out that they offered a 5 percent special discount for investors that visited the Babacan Premium stand during the Cityscape Global exhibition. Investors were offered an exhibition-special of 0-percent interest for 40 months, while cash buyers received a 15-percent discount.
