Linthicum, MD-based ASC Partners, a creator and operator of various B-to-B content and advertising businesses, announced today it has purchased ISMS Solutions of Miami, Florida, a consulting and software solution for businesses seeking to comply with data security measures including HIPPA, ISO 27001 and other information security standards. The company will be headquartered in Linthicum, MD, with offices in Washington, D.C., Miami and Chicago.
ISMS offers consulting plus an end-to-end software solution enabling businesses to cost effectively comply with data security measures critical to attaining secure data systems.
