Inspired Gaming Group (Inspired), the international server-based gaming specialist and a leading supplier of VLTs and Virtual Sports, announces today the senior appointment of Vitaliano Casalone. Mr Casalone has over 20 years experience in the Italian gaming industry in various respected gaming and lottery organisations such as SOGEI, Lottomatica and Gamenet - and will be focusing on building Inspired's success in Italy.

Vitaliano Casalone, in his previous technical role at SOGEI and regulator in AAMS, was one of the principal architects involved in the design of the new gambling rules in Italy which saw the introduction of the new slot machine AWP and the new business model based on the concessionaires. His most recent position was seven years as Chairman of Gamenet, a leading concessionaire in Italy, and before that as CEO of Lottomatica International for five years.
