Gets rights to ip.access products in Indonesia
Indonesia's largest and most successful neutral host for indoor telecom coverage solutions, PT MAC Sarana Djaya has signed a distribution agreement with leading global small cell vendor ip.access.
Under the terms of the agreement PT MAC has rights to sell, deploy and commission the vendor's full range of end-to-end indoor small cells throughout the country.
Small cells are increasingly used in mobile networks to increase coverage and capacity in indoor locations and hot-spots of heavy usage. They are particularly suited to boost indoor mobile data capacity and transmission speeds at busy times.
A specialist provider of telecommunications infrastructure and services, PT MAC works with operators and vendors and employs a skilled team of radio engineers to deliver rapid roll-out of mobile services.
PT MAC is also the leading supplier of in-building DAS solutions and provides a DAS rental service to all major Indonesian operators. The partnership with ip.access will fuel increased coverage and capacity in these high traffic areas.
