Middle East Film & Comic Con in Dubai to Host Comics Expert Vincent Zurzolo With Over $1 Million in Rare Comics - April 7-9
DUBAI, April 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- As Dubai gears up for April's Middle East Film & Comic Con—the region's largest pop culture event—so is the co-owner of the world's largest vintage comic book dealer, Metropolis Collectibles, and online vintage comic auction house, www.ComicConnect.com.
And Vincent Zurzolo won't be arriving empty-handed.
Zurzolo, regarded as one of the genre's top experts, will bring with him from New York a stellar selection of vintage comic and art—more than $1 million dollars' worth—for first-time viewing by collectors and fans in the region.
That includes the Batman #1, X-Men 1, the first appearance of Deadpool in New Mutants #98, the first Spider-Man, Amazing Fantasy 15, and thousands more of great value and interest.

Batman was the first, but Superman became a priority after the death of his father. The crown jewels of the collection are the two highest-graded copies of the first appearance of Superman in Action Comics #1 from 1938.
