Fabienne Gateau is a French national, although she lived in the United States of America from 1975 to 1990. Mrs. Gateau joined WIPO in 1990 and was a PCT formalities examiner from 1993-2000. Her current duties as an Assistant PCT Officer in the PCT Legal Affairs Section, PCT Legal Division at the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), in Geneva, Switzerland include the resolution of PCT problem cases and issues. Margret Fourné-Godbersen, a German national, is a Senior PCT Assistant in the PCT Legal Affairs Section, PCT Legal Division at the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), in Geneva, Switzerland.
Mrs. Fourné-Godbersen joined WIPO in 1990 and was a Senior PCT formalities examiner from 2002-2010. Her current duties include close communication with the PCT Operations Division on procedural matters in handling PCT applications and the furnishing of information on the PCT procedures in general to applicants, agents or other PCT Authorities.
