Fulcrum Solutions Doubles Whittman-Hart's U.K. Presence, Extends New York

Chicago - Whittman-Hart, Inc. (Nasdaq: WHIT), a leading provider of

companies, today announced the acquisition of Fulcrum Solutions Ltd., an
independent provider of e-Business solutions that specializes in Oracle
technology and applications. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Headquartered in London, Fulcrum has offices in Manchester, England;
Edinburgh, Scotland, and New York City. The company's 165 employees deliver
Oracle-based e-Business solutions including customer relationship management;
enterprise-wide Internet transaction systems in sales and marketing,
manufacturing, financials and human resources; business intelligence, and data
migration and integration.

The acquisition more than doubles the size of Whittman-Hart's European
operations, expands the branch network with an office in Scotland and bolsters
the Company's e-Business offerings by adding more Oracle solutions expertise
in the U.S. and the U.K. Oracle is one of the world's largest database
software companies and a leader in Internet technology implementations.
