Sprue welcomes lapsing of BRK Offer
The Independent Directors of Sprue note the announcement released this
afternoon by BRK that, having received valid acceptances for its Offer
representing approximately 1.26 per cent. of the existing issued share capital
of Sprue, BRK has lapsed its Offer.
The Independent Directors welcome this announcement and confirm that they
remain committed to building value for all Sprue Shareholders.
Defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as in the
Company's circular dated 17 May 2013 unless the context requires otherwise.
In accordance with Rule 30.4 of the Code, a copy of this announcement will be
