Zug/Zurich, 22 May 2013 - The Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of
Precious Woods Holding Ltd agrees to the motions of the Board of Directors.

The shareholders agreed to all motions of the Board of Directors.

Werner Fleischmann was newly elected to the Board of Directors. The Board of
Directors consists newly of Ernst A. Brugger (Chairman of the Board of
Directors), Katharina Lehmann, Dominik Mohr and Werner Fleischmann.

No further motions were brought to vote.

Mr. Ernst A. Brugger was satisfied and confident: "We thank all shareholders for
