Ad hoc announcement - Jersey, 23 May 2013. Atrium European Real Estate
(VSE/Euronext: ATRS), a leading owner, operator and developer of retail real
estate and shopping centres in Central and Eastern Europe, announces that at
its Annual General Meeting today all proposed resolutions detailed in the
circular published on 7 May 2013 were passed.
