TAIPEI, Taiwan, Oct. 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Dimerco Express Group, the global logistics service provider, announces the official launch of its India JV - Dimerco Express (India) Pvt. Ltd. effective from 1st October 2012, marking a significant milestone on its network expansion strategy in emerging countries. The new JV aims at better serving directly to local customers, and offering a more complete service network to assist customers global strategic network planning. Dimerco continues to strengthen the organization and its marketing service network in Asia Pacific, China, North America, Europe & Oceania whilst cautiously entering into emerging markets in countries such as India and Brazil.
The birth of a new India JV
The new JV started from agency alliance, subsequently setting up of Dimerco liaison offices (2007 to 2011), and finally the opening of the Dimerco JV Company. With an array of full functional services from international Air and Ocean freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution to customs brokerage, and with main office located in Bangalore, Dimerco Express (India) also serves in Chennai, Delhi, and another upcoming office to open in Mumbai. General Manager Captain Chellappa, who also takes charge of the overall P&L (Profit & Loss) in India, said "We shall be glad to working together with our customers directly, and target to offer them with the most competitive logistics services."
