Delta Partners Obtains Licences From the DFSA

Delta Partners, the leading TMT management consulting and investment specialist in high-growth markets is pleased to announce that the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) has granted it two licences this week.

The first licence, a 'Category 3' licence, was granted to Delta Partners Capital Limited, a company incorporated in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) that will carry out the investments business of Delta Partners. The licence will allow the firm to provide the financial services of advising on financial products and credit, arranging credit and deals in investments and managing assets.

The second licence, a 'Category 4' licence, was granted to Delta Partners Corporate Finance Limited, a company also incorporated in the DIFC that will be responsible for conducting corporate finance business for Delta Partners. The licence will allow the firm to perform the financial services of advising on financial products and credit and arranging credit and deals in investments.
