We offer a number of different training courses to help your team to get the full benefit from MEDIAtlas™.
What training is available for using MEDIAtlas?
We have a number of qualified professional trainers at PR Newswire who will provide general foundation training for your MEDIAtlas users on commencement of your subscription. In addition bespoke training (both at Foundation and Advanced level) can be designed at any stage of your subscription, to fit your needs.
What support material is available?
Various support files are downloadable from the Home Page of MEDIAtlas. These include a user guide, training workbook and data reference guide, you can also access the help menu and user FAQ section from the Home Page.
Is there a support team, when are they available and how do I contact them?
A free telephone and e-mail support desk is available between 8:30am-6:00pm GMT (Monday-Friday).
